Shri Kaila Devi Temple is a magnificent marble structure featuring a large courtyard with a checkered floor. In one specific area, numerous red flags planted by devoted followers create a striking visual of faith. With a glorious past dating back to 1432 and the eternal blessings of Kaila Devi Ji, the temple holds a profound spiritual presence that will continue to shine brightly into the future.
The Sacred Raj Bhog Traditions Since 1432, a grand feast consisting of Dal, Chawal, Kadhi, Sabji, Roti, Puri, Halwa, Kheer, Sweet Curd, and two sweet Paans has been offered to Kaila Devi Mata and Chamunda Devi, as it is believed these are their favorite foods.
Following this, the Bhog is offered to Parvati Mata, Languria Ji, and Ganesh Maharaj Ji in their respective smaller shrines located within the main temple complex.
Preparation and Timings The sacred Bhog is meticulously prepared by three resident pandits who strictly adhere to all rules, regulations, and purity standards. The offering takes place daily, all year round, between 11:00 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. Afterward, the offerings are combined and distributed as Prasadam among all visiting devotees.
Raj Bhog Prasadam and Free Bhandara Facilities To ensure no devotee leaves empty-handed, the Shri Kaila Devi Temple Trust has made the delicious Raj Bhog Prasadam available to everyone inside the temple premises. Furthermore, to accommodate and serve the vast number of pilgrims, additional community kitchen services are organized:
