The trust has repaired and expanded a large-scale dam on the Kalisil river and constructed two smaller dams downstream. Dams have also been constructed in nearby villages, four of which are in the Kaila Devi sanctuary.
Water is the most precious resource, is not always accessible in certain areas, and its conservation is becoming more imminent.

The Kailadevi Temple provides support to EKAT Bodh Gram, a school for children with hearing and speech disabilities which is now considered the best in Rajasthan.
EKAT Bodh Gram is one of only three schools in the state of Rajasthan with specialized facilities for the education and care of children with hearing and speech impairments and the only one within a radius of 200 km. Despite its rural location, the school receives students from neighbouring cities such as Bharatpur, Alwar, as it is the only school in the state which provides education up to the 12th grade.
The temple has also built an activity and carpentry workshop which allows students to enjoy extra-curricular activities, as well as receive vocational training. The students now make their own furniture and uniforms.
This is a recent undertaking established to provide rigorous training in Sanskrit and Vedic praxis to children in the area and to preserve these ancient arts. The school is mostly residential.
The Kailadevi Hospital is a hundred-bed hospital near the Kailadevi School which runs regular medical camps such as eye camps, surgical camps with well-known medical practitioners visiting to provide high quality medical assistance to people in this comparatively remote area.
